3. Our Services

Mayfair Health Group Ltd provides doctor-led occupational health services including but not limited to health surveillance, medical assessments, and related clinical services. All services are provided by qualified medical professionals in accordance with relevant UK regulatory standards.

4. Bookings and Appointments

4.1 Appointments can be booked via our website, by phone or by email.

4.2 We will confirm your appointment by email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation.

4.3 We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances. Where we cancel we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment at no additional charge.

4.4 If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Payments

5.1 Payment for services is processed securely through Semble. By making a payment you agree to Semble's terms and conditions.

5.2 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5.3 We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website and will not affect bookings already confirmed.

5.4 In the event of a dispute regarding a charge please contact us at info@mayfairhealthgroup.com in the first instance.

6. Mobile Assessment Services

Where mobile assessment services are provided at your premises, travel costs will be calculated based on mileage from our Manchester office at a rate of 45 pence per mile. This will be communicated to you clearly before confirmation of the booking.

7. Medical Information and Limitations

7.1 The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

7.2 Our assessments are occupational health assessments and do not replace the care of your GP or other treating clinicians.

7.3 Reports and fitness for work determinations are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment. Mayfair Health Group Ltd accepts no liability for decisions made by employers based on our reports.

8. Confidentiality

All medical information collected during assessments is treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law. Information will only be shared with employers or third parties with the explicit consent of the individual or where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos and design is the intellectual property of Mayfair Health Group Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayfair Health Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
