Case management means helping people at work who have health or wellbeing concerns, whether it’s a long-term illness, an injury, or a recurring health issue. We work closely with employees, managers, and HR to make sure the right support or adjustments are in place.
The process starts with a referral or request. Our Occupational Health Clinician will:
- Review relevant information or medical records (with consent)
- Speak with the individual and/or their manager
- Assess the situation and needs
- Recommend workplace adjustments, a return to work plan, or further actions
- We always keep things straightforward, confidential, and focused on solutions.
No, you don’t! Our clinicians can visit your workplace, organise remote consultations, or meet at a nearby location that suits you. We aim to make the process as easy and flexible as possible.
You’ll receive a clear report with practical recommendations. We can also follow up with ongoing support if needed, to make sure the employee and employer both feel confident about the next steps.
