How We Support You
We provide expert guidance throughout the HAVS assessment process, ensuring compliance with the Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005 and safeguarding your workforce.
Tier 1
Initial self-assessment completed by the employee and reviewed by an Occupational Health professional. This is done prior to using vibrating tools, with a focus on identifying any early symptoms.
Tier 2
An annual health surveillance questionnaire for employees who continue to be exposed. Any symptoms disclosed at Tier 1 or Tier 2 will trigger further investigation.
Tier 3
A detailed clinical assessment carried out by a qualified Occupational Health Doctor for employees reporting vibration-related symptoms. This includes a medical history, symptom review, and relevant clinical tests.
Tier 4
If required, a formal diagnostic examination is performed, with possible recommendations for further restrictions, referral to specialists, or adjustments to work duties.

Regulatory Compliance
